Do not make any New Year’s Resolutions
Forget New Year’s Resolutions. You do not stick to them. They do not workout. The reason is that new year’s resolutions are based on your will. But the will is weak.
The only resolution you can and maybe shall make is, to enjoy life more. Plan to think about this every day of the year. And then think each day about what you can do to make the day special and enjoyable. Do something each day, which makes you enjoy life more.
1. Enjoy New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
Celebrate with friends. Enjoy yourself. Try to keep the feeling of joy for the rest of the year. Joy is a wonderful positive feeling which can make positive changes in your life.
Begin the New Year with an agenda which you plan asccording to your desires and decide to enjoy your life more. On New Year’s Day go for a walk and appreciate the nature. Have a great dinner with family and/or friends. And look forward to have a wonderful year.
2. Resolutions versus Changing Your Programming
If you wish to change anything about you or your life and you make a resolution, you will not stick to it for long.
A change will be effective, if you make it first in your programming.
There are numerous ways and methods that help you change part of your inner programming. Meant is the programming of your subconscious mind.
To change your programming you have to send the new information directly to your subconscious mind. It is the subconscious mind which is your control center and which controls you, your decisions, and your life.
You can send new information to your subconscious mind with subliminals and make imaginations which conditions the new behavior or whatever you wish to change. As the subconscious mind needs repetitions, you have to repeat an imagination once a day for a period of several weeks.
If you are using subliminals and make imaginations over a period of several weeks, the structure of your brain will change, which makes the change lasting.
To change the programming of your subconscious mind is the only way to stick to your resolutions. It does not matter what you wish to change.
