How do you find out if you are in the right frequency
You are feeling the frequency in which you vibrate. If you are feeling great, your frequency is high. If you are not feeling good, you are not in the right frequency. You can change how you are feeling with your thoughts. What you are thinking and feeling is your choice.
Become aware of being the creator of your life by being aware of your thoughts and feelings and so of your frequency. If you have lots of problems, you have created them by focusing your thoughts on problems. If your wishes are fulfilled kind of automatically, your focus is on what you want, you are sure that you will get what you want, and you have the right frequency. You have to think of your wishes as if they are already fulfilled and you have to be assured about that. With the right frequency you will perceive all you want.
Are you living your dream? Then you are in the right frequency. Are you facing lots of problems? Then you certainly do not have the right frequency.
Do not think that something is impossible. Be convinced that it already exists. Do not think about how something will happen and how it will manifest. Do not think about what you have to get done or that you are missing something to create a better life. You must not seek for a solution. You must not fix anything. Just and only think of the outcome, which is what you want to create, and this means, what you want to perceive in your reality. This will generate the right frequency of vibration.
Watch your thoughts, direct them to what you want in life, and also watch how you are feeling. That is how you get yourself to vibrate with the right frequency. If you find that you don’t feel great, do something to make yourself feel better.

Find the right frequency
You have to know what you want. You do not ask for it. You give precise orders. What you expect, is what you get.
If you go to a restaurant, you don`t say that you want to eat something. You order exactly what you want. If you go to a store to buy new trousers, you do not say that you want something to wear. You say precisely what you want. Do this with your wishes. Know what you want and be precise what you are asking for.
Do you have a list of your wishes and desires? And do you know what you want with all details? Make your list of desires written. Look for photos or go to see what you want and make photos. The more precise you are about what you want the better.
Think about how you are feeling when one or all of your wishes is fulfilled. Get into this feeling. It is great if you have this feeling of being happy and fulfilled, and as if you live as you really want

I do not say that you do not have to do anything. Do whatever pleases you and do it with joy. You have to enjoy your work. Find a work that you enjoy. Have your focus on your desires. If you worry, you get into an energy and a frequency that says that something is wrong. Think that you create with your frequency. With a frequency that creates reasons to worry, you have more and more reasons to worry. If you are afraid of something, you create more and more reasons to be afraid.
Be aware of what you are thinking and how you are feeling. Think of what you want to create and feel as if it already exists. Worries, anxiety, and doubts ruin everything.

You have to organize your frequency of vibration. You have to get your ideas, wishes, and desires into alignment, and you have to find and then stay on this specific path. With disorganization you can’t create what you want and you can get sick.

Think well about what you want of yourself and your life. Write it down, imagine it, and make sure that all is on one line. Be conscious of what you want to create. Become conscious of how you feel while you imagine what you wish to create. This way you get into the right frequency.
Be aware that how you feel is connected with the frequency of vibration you are in. You need to have the right frequency to create what you want for yourself and your life.
From that point on stay on your path and with this very certain and right frequency. Have your focus and your energy on this very path. This way you keep the right frequency with which you create what you want.

Never think that anything is impossible. The moment you understand how creation works, you will be able to make everything possible.
With the thought that something is not possible, you put borders to creation. It is you who does that, not anyone or anything else.
Put your attention to what you want, what you like, and enjoy. If something negative gets your attention, you draw it toward you. Put it aside and get your attention back to what you like and enjoy. It is helpful if you do something you really enjoy several times a day.

If bad luck and problems come into your life
If bad luck and problems come into your life, you have to change something. As I mentioned before, you have to get your attention away of what you don’t want and you surely don’t want bad luck and problems.
Take some time to think about your thoughts and how you are feeling. If something does not work out, you need to change your frequency which you do with your thoughts. You are a thought away from feeling and living better. Bad luck will turn into luck and problems will be solved.
You create what you spend your attention and energy on. Direct your attention away of what you don’t want and to what you want, to beauty, love, and joy.
Focus your attention to be looking toward something you enjoy, something you want.

If you are feeling frustration
If you are feeling frustration or you blame yourself for something that did not work out so well, immediately think of something beautiful, something you want to draw into your life. You can`t change the past, but the now and the future. You are only a thought away of what you wish to create.
Think that the feeling of frustration brings more reasons into your life that make you feel frustrated. It doesn’t cost anything if you think that great things are coming into your life.
It is not easy to quickly make yourself feel great. You have to practice it. It will get better and easier each day, until you will always feel great.

This is how I do it to feel great almost all the time
I know that things work out if I am feeling great. I am smiling most of the time. I am feeling gratitude to god and myself and I am certain that everything will work out well. If you force your face to a smile, you quickly feel good. If you keep smiling, you will experience that more and more of your desires are fulfilled.
It happens again and again that I am having a wish, but other people tell me that this is not possible. And out of the blue it happens and there is what I have wished for.
Be convinced that things will work out and they certainly will. And keep smiling.

Believe that you can create a better life
Believe and be convinced that you can create a better life with all you wish. Being convinced that you can create all you want, will get you into the right frequency of vibration. This will draw everything you need and want toward you.

It is important how you are feeling. You must not find words for what you want, if you know how you will be feeling if you got what you wanted or if you have achieved your goals. With this feeling you will create all you want and achieve your goals.
The right feeling is a specific feeling and has a specific frequency. You will know when you are feeling right and if you have the right frequency. You will say to yourself that you want to feel like this all the time.

Be convinced and get used to be convinced. Believe in yourself and in your divine power to be able to create what you need and want. Stop pushing, controlling, fighting, forcing, wishing, and hoping. Stop doubts and all negative emotions.
Not being convinced that what you want will happen, is a wrong thought which generates a bad feeling and a not so good frequency. It doesn’t cost anything, doesn’t take time, is no hard work to be convinced that whatever you want will happen.

Read again what Jesus has said. When we think that we could move mountains, it seems to be impossible. But if you think that you want a house, a new car, or whatever,. If you can imagine a wish it can happen. Let us put a wish into the sentence that Jesus has said. Let us take as an example a new car. You fill your wish into the sentence.
Truly, I say to you, whoever says that he wants a new car, ‘Have the new car that I have chosen sent to me,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him.

Organize your thoughts and your feelings
Take some time each day to think about your thoughts and how you are feeling. What are your thoughts focused on and how are you feeling? What were you focused on during the day and how did you feel?
When you think about things that you don’t want in your life, get them out of your mind and think about your desires. And most importantly do something to feel good.
There are times when I know that I have to organize my thoughts and my feelings. This can happen when I’m tired, when there’s too much going on, or when I’m not sure about something.
When I am tired, I relax or take a nap. When my thoughts and how I feel are not how it should be, I go for an aperitivo alone. I go alone because I need to think about my thoughts and need to get my emotions back to be positive. Getting away from home makes a difference. It’s easier to organize my thoughts. It doesn’t take long and I feel like I’m supposed to feel.
You have to find out where and how it is best to organize your thoughts and again feel great.

Forget your past life and everything that has passed
Do not think of your past life and everything that is in the past. Ignore all there was. What is important is what there is now and in your future life.
If you have not succeeded or made a mistake, do not think about it. You can’t change your past. but the now and the future. Think about how you want to be and how you would like your life to change. Think you are in the midst of change, think about the outcome, and be confident that it will happen.
When you wake up in the morning, await all changes you wish and feel joy about it. Your life might not change over night, but it will change a little every day.

If you improve your frequency and thus make a positive change, a lot in your life will improve.
As you lead a better life, the people around you will change. Family and friends will act differently towards you. You will lose friends who have held you back from living a better life and you will make new ones who will help you stay in the right frequency.
If and how much you and your life will change is your decision. Think about what you want, focus your thoughts on it, get the right frequency with what you think and how you are feeling.

Distractions can lower your frequency
You got to be attentive that you are not distracted. Distractions can lower your frequency. This can be your thoughts, emotions, from friends, other people, and ideas from the outside world. Those distractions can take you off your path and lose the right frequency.
Because distractions can change your frequency, they are harmful. They are like negative emotions. They are counterproductive. What you are on the way to create can be destroyed.
The moment you become aware of being distracted, get your thoughts back into the right direction and to have the right frequency.
On Sundays I first tidy up and do what I didn’t come to get done during the week. I write down what I have to do and what I want to do during the coming week. In doing so, I become aware of disturbing thoughts that deviate from my path.

Be conscious of choices you make
If you have an idea and you make a new choice, ask yourself if that new choice is on your path. Or if the new choice is on another maybe even better path. Or will that new choice get you off of your path to a better life? Do you wish to change your direction? What changes come with the new direction? Will it change your frequency and vibration positively?
Is this choice important to you? Do you wish to make the changes that come with this choice? Think about what changes you have to make. Are you willing to make all the necessary changes? If it is a great choice which makes you live a better life, go for it. It will not be difficult to do what is necessary.
Think through the impact of a new choice. It will change your life.

What else can you do to keep the right frequency
- You have to be organized and this starts with your thinking. Organize your home. If it is not organized well, you can’t get your thinking organized. Organize and tidy up every room and your wardrobe.
- Be grateful for what you have. Think about what you can be grateful for once a day or at least once a week. – Several times a day I show and feel gratitude for my life and all that is beautiful and joyful.
- Drink enough water throughout the day. Pure water. No sodas. If you drink a cup of coffee, you must drink water as much as coffee. Have a glass of water aside of your coffee. – I have a glass of water next to me around the clock and keep drinking some of it. In my car I have a cup and a bottle with water
- Eat well and eat mostly unprocessed food. Organic meat, fish, poultry, lots of salads, vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Look at the labels of what you buy. If there are several ingredients, don’t buy and don’t eat it. Buy nothing that is well packaged. – I almost exclusively eat what can be eaten raw. That includes meat.
- Sleep well and enough. You have to have a good mattress to sleep well. My mattress is a futon made of pure cotton. Get a new mattress if yours is too old. After ten years you must get a new mattress. Best temperature to sleep well is 65 degrees F (18 C).
- Get enough exercise. Do some sports five days a week.
- Take care of yourself adequately.
- Have a walk in the nature every other day. If you live in a town, go to a park. Enjoy the nature consciously. Look at the plants. – I spend a lot of time in my garden, which is in the country. It is an olive grove with fruit trees and a vegetable garden. There is work all year round, which I enjoy and which is good for me.
- Sing and dance whenever possible. Jump like a child. All this makes you feel better.
- Find reasons to laugh.
- Meditate daily.
- Spend time only with positive people. Avoid negative ones. – I’ve blocked the phone numbers of people who don’t fit into my new life.
- Make yourself a little present again and again.

You start creating with your thoughts. It is on you what you think. Think of what you want in life and how you want to live. The feelings you have with what you are thinking, generate a certain frequency with which you create. Think of happiness, joy and all you want to live a better life and you will create all of this. If you have negative thoughts and feelings you create more of what makes you think and feel negative. It is your choice.
